We at Kwick Kleen appreciate your business and strive to see that you receive your orders in the fastest and most economical way. Kwick Kleen offers various options for shipping. Small orders will be shipped by UPS. Large orders will be shipped by Common Carrier. All orders will be shipped from the Kwick Kleen Distribution Center located in Vincennes, IN.

• We use UPS up to 150 lbs. per item.
• We use truck-freight for large or heavy shipments.

RUSH ORDERS: Need it fast? All non-hazardous items may be shipped Next Day or Second Day Air, up to 150 lbs. per package. Ask your sales representative about rush shipments.

Parcel Services UPS

Contact your local UPS office. Require UPS to return the merchandise to us. DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF!

Have driver note on bill of lading if your shipment is received in damaged condition, then file claim with carrier. If damage is concealed, contact carrier immediately for inspection, then file claim. Retain shipping carton or containers until claim has been settled.

Although Kwick Kleen's responsibility of loss or damage ceases when the products are accepted for shipment by the carrier, Kwick Kleen will assist when needed in collecting the claim.

Each purchase you make must be exactly as described and must give you the service for which it was made and you have a right to expect. If anything you receive does not meet these standards, you may return it for a refund. This guarantee is given in lieu of, and Kwick Kleen disclaims, any other expressed, implied or statutory warranties. Kwick Kleen's refund offer is given in lieu of and excludes any obligation for consequential or other damages.

A 10% handling fee and restocking charge will be added to all retail products that are returned. A 30% handling and restocking charge will be added to all equipment returned. No merchandise accepted for return later than 30 days after purchase date.
