Fast Drying Polyurethane is a unique finish that combines the fast drying characteristics of lacquer with the durability of polyurethane. This finish melts into the previous coats to become one durable coating. It's elastic, it expands and contracts with wood movement making it an excellent finish for large solid wood items such a table tops, doors, bar tops and custom made wood items. This finish is an excellent finish for commercial uses or other rough service applications. Dries to touch in 15 minutes, recoat in 30 minutes. It has no mil. thickness restriction. Can be touched-up and recoated years later. Build as many coats as desired. Finish enters into a 5 day cure period 4 to 6 hours after initial application. Finishing must be completed during the work period or the finish will lift once curing begins. Entire finishing cycle can be repeated once cured. Fast Dry Poly meets and exceeds KCMA and ASTM standards for POLYURETHANE finishes. Spray application only. Thin with Kwick Kleen Finish Reducer.
